We’ve been shortlisted for not one but two big prizes at the Electrical Review Excellence Awards 2022!
Next month will see Riello UPS make the trip to London for the third staging of the ‘Excellence Awards’ hosted in partnership by the Electrical Review and Data Centre Review magazines.
The Awards aim to “celebrate excellence, best practice, innovations and technical developments across the electrical and data centre industries”.
And we’ll be heading to the black-tie ceremony on 19 May with high hopes of returning with a pair of awards trophies.
We’ve been shortlisted in two of the most prestigious categories, including personal recognition for one of Riello UPS’s longest-serving and most valued members of staff.
Double Awards Delight!
First up, our modular UPS Multi Power is a finalist in the ‘Power Product of the Year’ category.
The range earned recognition for its expansion with the 15-25 kW power modules and the compact MPX cabinet.
These upgrades have proved extremely popular with customers and made Multi Power the modular solution for an even wider range of mission-critical applications.
Judges praised its ‘pay as you grow’ scalability, exceptional efficiency across all load levels, and high power density in a compact footprint.
While Jason Yates, our Technical Services Manager, is through to the final three of the ‘Technical Leader of the Year’ award.
This new category aims to reward those who have “demonstrated exceptional technical leadership and exemplify the values of the industry at large”.
With nearly 30 years’ experience in the power protection industry, Jason typifies those criteria perfectly. He is well-known throughout the sector as one of the country’s foremost experts in the field of UPS systems.
Jason has designed, delivered, and installed countless low and high-power systems across a diverse range of industries, working with some of the country’s biggest data centres, businesses and organisations in the process.
As well as the two awards we are in contention for, several other gongs are up for grabs in the ceremony on 19 May at Christ Church, Spitalfields, London.
