Multi Power triumphs in the ‘Power Product of the Year’ category of the Excellence Awards 2022.
Our modular powerhouse was recognised at the third staging of the event, which is co-hosted by the Electrical Review and Data Centre Review magazines.
Excellence Awards 2022 aims to “celebrate excellence, best practice, innovations and technical developments across the electrical and data centre industries”.
Several members of the Riello UPS team were on hand to pick up the prize at the black-tie ceremony held on 19 May at Christ Church in Spitalfields.
Multi Power beat off four other finalists with an entry focusing on the range’s expansion with new 15-25 kW modules and compact MPX cabinet.
An independent panel of judges praised the modular UPS’s ‘pay as you grow’ scalability, exceptional efficiency across all load levels, and high power density in a compact footprint.
As well as the victory in the ‘Power Product of the Year’ category, Riello UPS’s Technical Services Manager Jason Yates was a runner-up in the ‘Technical Leader of the Year’ award.
This new category was introduced to celebrate individuals who have “demonstrated exceptional technical leadership and exemplify the values of the industry at large”.
